The traffic sentiment analysis (TSA) as a new tool to tackle transportation problem. The traffic sentiment analysis provides a new prospective for modern ITSs. The TSA treats the traffic problems in a new angle, and it supplements the capabilities of current ITS systems. The TSA plays the role of sensing, computing, and supporting the decision making in ITSs. The TSA system is independent of current systems, which is particularly useful in an emergency when other systems were ruined. Here we propose a rule based approach and learning based approach. Using this approach we solved the above problem and give the effective solution for traffic sentiment analysis.
