Energy conservation is an important issue for many applications in wireless sensor net-works (WSNs). Energy savings optimization becomes one of the major concerns in the wireless sensor network (WSN) routing protocol design, due to the fact that most sensor nodes are equipped with the limited non-rechargeable battery power. It is important to ensure an energy efficient, load balancing communication between the nodes in wireless sensor network. Deploying large number of base station provide energy efficient and fast data transmission but it leads to some traffic loads. But it consumes large number of joules for transmission. For avoiding this, we have to elect energy efficient base stations and the node which is transmit the data only act as an active node or active base station other nodes are in sensing state. Our proposed system adaptively selecting the active BS under the spatial and temporal variations of energy resources. Our simulation result achieves low communication overhead and is robust to network changes.
