Android is open source based Linux kernel operating system mostly designed for touchscreen for mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers. There are bunch of schedule android applications available today on play store providing static notification to user before a specified interval of time. The static notifications will not be proven to be useful when travel time for user is considerably large with respect to reminder set for fixed time . With the development of Android OS , an open source operating system has created an android world and enhance the software development skills, where developers are creating new application for Android devices. Application are typically developed using Java programming language using the Android Software Development Kit In our proposed system, we implement application for scheduler, HR and Production Manager. Scheduler is responsible for updating task for all categories of production manager. HR will view the status of the task. There are three branches if PM that is Fabrication, Assembly and testing. The results shows our scheduling application provides better updating of task details in an efficient manner
