Jobseeker has to upload applicant resumes through login, before login job seekers have to apply their personnel details and professional details. In server side process, companies have to upload their new recruitment post through admin login. The applicant resumes are displayed to the company’s H.R and also they can Search and access applicant resumes assigning them for job openings. If their recruitment skill matches with the applicant resumes, H.R will send a call letter and interview schedule to the applicant. In this process, applicant can see the visual time by the H.R and also they can see company name, H.R name, Company website, and company Id.
