The assessment of learning outcomes is a process designed to improve teaching and learning. The process works best when integrated into the department’s teaching, research, and service activities. That is, assessment is not a one-time event, but an on-going activity that serves to enhance the unit’s mission. It is a dynamic process that is both circular and long-term. While assessment begins with an examination of curricular goals, it does not end with the initial assessment of the achievement of those goals. Indeed, the results of the initial assessment activities are applied to further discussions of the curriculum. Continued assessment activity promotes further examination of curricular goals and any necessary adjustments or revisions of the curriculum. The Course Assessment Outcome System is a web based application system that provides the users to store and retrieves the Student Assessment Report details in an easy and efficient way. Using this system, The Administration of the college can easily maintain and monitor their Students, Staff and every department details. They can store new information and delete unwanted information from anywhere and at any time which in turn saves time. Also this web based system provides a good security features to all the users since we can avoid piracy in handling information.
