SupportDescription
The technology of sensor, pervasive computing, and intelligent information processing is widely used in Body Sensor Networks (BSNs), which are a branch of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). BSNs are playing an increasingly important role in the fields of medical treatment, social welfare and sports, and are changing the way humans use computers. In this research, proposed an energy-efficient Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol is specifically designed for WBASN to cognitively work in high interference environment. Network working lifetime is a tedious task due to the low energy and to make such networks energy efficient, routing protocol is chosen very carefully. Such routing algorithm is proposed in this Project. The proposed routing algorithm in which data of all nodes are transmitted to the destination. The destination node is assumed to be enriched with energy and do not have energy limitation. To transmit data to the destination node this algorithm adopts the most feasible routing approach depending upon the relay node location and the residual energy information about each node. This algorithm has considered the communication count and node criticality along with the remaining energy and the coverage distance parameters for routing in WBAN. These one additional parameters will help in achieving maximum network lifetime among existing algorithms and will minimize energy consumption in the WBAN.
