The Rule-based scheduling algorithms have been extensively cast-off on several cloud computing systems because they are simple and easy to appliance. Though, there is sufficiently of room to progress the performance of these algorithms, particularly by using heuristic scheduling. As such, this broadsheet offering a new heuristic scheduling algorithm, named hyper-heuristic scheduling algorithm (HHSA), to find better scheduling answers for cloud computing systems. The diversity recognition and development recognition workers are active by the proposed algorithm to vigorously define which low-level heuristic is to be used in finding better candidate resolutions. To estimate the act of the proposed technique, this revision associates the proposed method with numerous state-of-the-art scheduling algorithms, by having all of them applied on CloudSim and Hadoop. The outcomes display that HHSA can significantly decrease the makespan of task scheduling associated with the other scheduling algorithms estimated in this study, on together CloudSim and Hadoop.
