ABSTRACT

Nowadays, there is worldwide interest in the delivery of computing and storage capacity as a service continues to grow at a rapid running. The biggest problem in the cloud computing is to manage resource management when providing the continuous service and performance guarantees. The main objective of this paper is to plan the resource allocation policies for virtualized cloud environments. It must satisfy the performance and guarantees and must minimize the energy costs in very large cloud service centers. In this paper, it is a scalable distributed hierarchical framework. It is based on the mixed integer non-linear optimization of resource management. It is calculated under multiple time scales.
