Energy conservation is an important issue for many applications in wireless sensor net-works (WSNs). Energy savings optimization becomes one of the major concerns in the wireless sensor network (WSN) routing protocol design, due to the fact that most sensor nodes are equipped with the limited non-rechargeable battery power. It is important to providing a intelligent wireless devices in health care system. When transmitting information to one system to other may leads to data loss and it also will cause affect in information security. For achieving less energy consumption and providing security for each nodes propose a framework and low-complexity algorithm for interference aware joint power control and multiple PWH assignment (IAJPCPA) in a hospital building with cognitive radio capability. Our proposed E-PWH provides best energy efficient hub selection for achieving less energy consumption in healthcare systems. Our simulation result achieves low communication overhead and is robust to network changes.>
