To secure and efficient data distribution system in Mobile Cloud Computing, which provides data privacy, data integrity, data authentication, and flexible data distribution to access control. For that process we are using a new type-based proxy re-encryption. Data owner can upload the data to the cloud server but also they can perform the data modification and data deletion process also. Data Owner should upload files based on the category. Using the key Data owner should upload the file and encrypt. Data consumer should get permission from the Data owner to see the files and then to read the file separately. Data consumer cannot read the private data without access permission.
