Time table management system is a project which is developed to provide better support for lecturers and students in a college. This Time Table Management System provides a function to view timetable for the specific lecturer and the master timetable for that semester. In order to improve in this paper, store and view the exam time table and class record data of student, for view timetable from anywhere. Also we can view and modify the class room is allocated for this session of exam. Here the login process is for Admin, CIT, COED, CAS departments. An admin have to login, they can add, delete and view teacher details, course details, room details, school years and user details. An admin can view class time table and exam time table also. The CIT/COED/CAS Department have to add class time table and exam timetable only and they can view teacher details, college year, subjects, rooms also. The aim of this timetable management system is to build a system to prepare the timetable and manage its manual system by simplifying the process resource allocation.
