Aluminium metal matrix nano composites play a major role in automobile, aerospace and other industries. Tensile, hardness, impact and weartests were carried out in order to evaluate the mechanical properties of the aluminium composites. The specimens were made from the components as per ASTM standards and they were tested for mechanical properties such as impact strength and micro hardness respectively We are implementing two machine learning algorithm like Decision tree classifier and Linear regression. Experimental results show that linear regression achieved the highest accuracy. The performance based Decision tree classifier achieved the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F-measure.
