ABSTRACT

Smart Shop is a mobile application developed using Android technology. The application retrieves

the user’s location using Android service. For each location, various shops are maintained. Each

shop contains a list of items that can be purchased and the user can select items that are part of the

shop location and add them to the list. When a user goes to that particular shop, one can open and

see what all he/she needs and make purchases. One can also share the list via  or as a text message

to his/her family or friends who are going for shop. Hot deals are also maintained for all the shops.
