E-Learning is content and instructional methods delivered on a computer (whether on CDROM, the Internet, or an intranet), and designed to build knowledge and skills related to individual or organizational goals. Like any learning process, e-learning depends on effective communication of human knowledge, whether this occurs in a face-to-face classroom or across the Internet. Electronic technologies can no more guarantee effective communication than they can transform ‘jxiqwop’ into a meaningful word. The medium alone does not create the message. A normal e-learning process provides the learning contents generally without any user specification constraints that are based on the user knowledge or their level. The existing e-learning site just contains the learning contents and information. In our system, we are going to develop knowledge based e-learning application. Ours is an intranet application. In our system, we are going to provide effective knowledge based training to our users with instructional methods to help learn the contents. Here, we are going to assess the users initially to know about their knowledge. Based on the initial assessment, we will fix the user level and we are going to provide the contents based on the user knowledge level. We will help users to improve their knowledge and skill level by providing the learning contents based on their knowledge level and their improvement. Hence, as our intranet smart e-learning application is based on the user knowledge level, it help the learners to learn easily and quickly other than learning from some other e-learning sites.
