In this project, our goal is to make efficient communication search for both dealers and buyers. In Admin process they get Land promoter’s details (dealer information, customer, and reporter ).In other hand customers have to share their land information such as price details, location, and landmark of their respective land .Land promoters used to sell the land according to the customer requirements and customers satisfactions. Buyer has to share their personnel information and also their expectation of land structures to buy. Using Buyer expectation information, land promoters can easily approach to the customer for best deal. Using mobile app customer can overview the dealer information and land information. The administrators consist of a unique password and ID for the customers. It helps the customers to make secure login. The ids and passwords are kept secret from others.
