Dialysis care is intricate and multiple factors may influence patient survival. This paper proposes a dialysis care prediction method using Fuzzy-AR model(FAR). One of the useful applications in the field of medicine is the incurable chronic disease diabetes. Symptoms of low blood sugar, side effects, science of complication are to be noted else it leads to severe problems. AR model predicts body weight of a day from these time-series data. We calculate an order of FAR model for each person. In the experiment, we predicted body weight change of next day for those subjects. Important parameters identified by data mining are interpreted for their medical significance. The data are not automatically integrated from the already existing information systems, clinicians have to register patient’s data several times locally, regionally, nationally, and in various forms. In this method, we propose a body weight prediction method using Fuzzy Auto-Regressive (FAR) model.
