Online Personal Counselling System is designed to represent data that accurately captures the state of the Student at all times. It allows for an entire Student history to be viewed without the need to track down the Student’s previous medical record volume and assists in ensuring data is accurate, appropriate and legible. To establishing this concept in effective way this project is developed in Visual studio environment using Website application. For efficient Student data retrieval SQL server is used as a backend technology. This project utilizes cryptography technique for preventing the Student identification from the third party who viewing the Student records.
