The project we proposed Online Hostel Management is a web portal that used to maintain College (Students) Hostel details. The Management Software keeps track of each student’s hostel attendance, Room Allocation and Parents feedback or queries etc. The above aim can be established by adding a layout structural module. The modules included in our project where Admin, Hostel warden, Administrative Officer and Parents. The admin is responsible for adding staff details, student details, site details and provide access control to parents. Hostel warden is responsible for allocating rooms to the students, adding daily attendance, mess details and send report or message to parents regarding their belonging etc. The administrative officer is a representative of college, in which he/she can check the hostel student’s attendance. The parents can login to system and can check their student attendance and send feedback or queries to hostel warden or administrative officer. The management software inherits cms technique.
