Recent technological advances in mobile communication and rule based expert system together enable new types of healthcare systems. The surge in computing power and mobile connectivity have fashioned a foundation for mobile health technologies that can transform the mode and quality of clinical research and health care on a global scale. Unimpeded by geographical boundaries, smartphone-linked wearable sensors, point-of-need diagnostic devices, and medical-grade imaging, all built around real-time data streams and supported by automated clinical decision support tools, will enable care and enhance our understanding of physiological variability. The proposed healthcare system mainly takes care of patients who suffer from chronic disease like diabetes such person can live normally when the health condition is stable, but in critical condition he/she needs desperate help of doctors and assistance to reduce the probability of deteriorating health conditions. Such chronic patients can perform some simple self-healthcare and monitoring functions through our proposed system to know about the probable diseases. In this project the system proposed a Health MOBOT system. It is a healthcare management system where patient or user of the system will be able to keep track of hisher heart rate and can generate report of the readings. The test set of the proposed system provides a completely independent measure of network accuracy. This technology requires that you are connected to some fast internet so that communication goes very smoothly without any interruption.
