Description
photovoltaic cell, is an electrical device that converts the energy of light directly into electricity by the photovoltaic effect, which is a physical and chemical phenomenon. It is a form of photoelectric cell, defined as a device whose electrical characteristics, such as current, voltage, or resistance, vary when exposed to light. Solar cells are the building blocks of photovoltaic modules, otherwise known as solar panels. The PV cell is important renewable energy source in the grid system in small and medium level distribution network we use the PV cell for power generation. The PV cell produces the DC so we need the power electronic converter for use the PV energy in grid network. The grid network the fault accrues cause of damage in line load change short circuit etc. Our aim is to study and analysis the behavior of fault in distribution network using the MATLAB SIMULINK environment. DGU (distributed generation units) is the important device in transmission network. The voltage and current behavior change in the circuit during the fault added. The different types of fault are added in the Distributed generation network. In our paper we study the behavior of voltage current behavior in distribution network during fault it is done by MATLAB SIMULINK environment
