ABSTRACT:

              Here we propose the method to Denoising the image by the use of PSO optimization. In preprocessing we change the image formats from TIF to PNG. Then we rescale the image. The preprocessed image passed to the denoising Process. Initially we generate the noise to image. It used to deal with the information loss in the conventional image denoising process. The algorithm uses median operation to improve morphological operations performance, which called median operation.  It will provide the mathematical model for the structuring Element Unit. Here we use the PSO optimization algorithm to denoise the process. In denoising process we initialize the set of particles. According to the particle current position and velocity we search the particles and change the mean value to the corresponding pixel the process will continue till get the denoised result of the image. In each iteration we compute the MSE & PSNR value for the denoised image. The Minimized MSE value of the image is taken as the denoised Image.
