Cellular networks are in a major transition from a carefully planned set of large tower-mounted base-stations (BSs) to an irregular deployment of heterogeneous infrastructure elements that often additionally includes micro, pico, and femto cells, as well as distributed antennas. The future 5G network aims to build the infrastructure from mobile internet to connected world. Small Cell is one of the most promising technologies of 5G to provide more connections and high data rate. It is particularly a challenging task to deploy dense small cells in the presence of dynamic traffic demands and severe co-channel interference. Interference is a fundamental limiting factor in throughput performance in a heterogeneous cellular network due to resource sharing between tiers of base stations. Smart cellular network deployments are becoming saturated in areas with high density of users, such as in urban environments. Also high traffic is occurred in the network which is a major concern in the smart city network. Hence the deployment of the network is depending on the smart cells with energy efficiency. Simulation results shows that the proposed system is efficient in the deployment of the nodes in smart cells.
