TDS-OFDM provided poor performance for fading channel with long delays even it provided more spectrum efficiency than the CP-OFDM. To overcome above mentioned problem by implementing time –frequency-training orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (TFTOFDM) where it worked based on the time –frequency joint channel estimation under compressive sensing (CS) scheme. To optimize the energy efficient by reducing the power of the Guard Interval (GI). For acquiring Partial Support Information (PSI), the above mentioned scheme uses the time-domain pseudo noise sequence. For estimating the channel exactly, the above method used frequency domain pilot. Analysis the performance of TFT-OFDM scheme with CS outperformed the conventional schemes. Compressed sensing is a signal processing technique for efficiently acquiring and reconstructing a signal, by finding solutions to underdetermined linear systems. This is based on the principle that, through optimization, the sparsity of a signal can be exploited to recover it from far fewer samples than required by the Shannon-Nyquist sampling theorem. For achieving higher energy efficiency, the power of the guard interval (GI) can be reduced. In order to acquire partial support information of the channel, this method utilized time-domain pseudo noise sequence. This OFDM can outperformed than the conventional OFDM scheme even the channel having long delay spread.
