With data storage and sharing services in the cloud, users can easily modify and share data as a group. To ensure shared data integrity can be verified publicly, users in the group need to compute signatures on all the blocks in shared data. Different blocks in shared data are generally signed by different users due to data modifications performed by different users. Data integrity refers to maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data over its entire life-cycle, and is a critical aspect to the design, implementation and usage of any system which stores, processes, or retrieves data. The term data integrity is broad in scope and may have widely different meanings depending on the specific context – even under the same general umbrella of computing. In this project, the system address the construction of an interactive PDP protocol to prevent the fraudulence of prover and the leakage of verified data. The system provides an efficient and secure cryptographic interactive audit scheme for public auditability. This scheme retains the soundness property and zero-knowledge property of proof systems. The system proposes an efficient approach based on probabilistic queries and periodic verification for improving performance of audit services.
