E-Content management system is an online system that helps the college to scheduling the events that are going too held in the college. This describes about events like annual day, National Seminar, sports day, women’s day etc. The above aim can be established by providing layout structural modules like Admin, staff and student. Admin is responsible for maintaining full events. Admin is responsible for adding, editing and updating the events. He/she is responsible for allocation the venue of the event going to be held. Admin is also responsible for allocating the staff for an event and students to participate in the event. Admin is also responsible for providing the lunch for the participants. Staff is responsible for conducting the events in scheduled way. He/she is responsible for allocating the students for each event and to give their work. Students are responsible for viewing the event and scheduled work given to them. Students are responsible for providing lunch for the participants.
