The optical power flow (OPF) is need to Active Network Management (ANM) for maintain the power in grid system. The optimization of the generation, load etc. in all buses to find the power flow problem. In OPF the power analysis is done by the single time in the period. It give the result in one time process. That gives the one time solution for the ANM. In our process to achieve on time optimization for power flow in ANM for reduce the power loss problem to achieve the better performance in grid management. In our proposed the PSO based optimization will help to improve the quality output in DOPF. That optimization will help to schedule the ANM for maintain the power balance. That simulation is done by MATLAB environment with standard bus IEEE bus system for measure the power flow and find the no of generation to maintain the power in the ANM system. The simulation gives the information about the demand level in the distribution network by optimize the power flow it gives the information about generation placement for maintain the power quality. In these paper we elaborately study the power system, ANM, DOPF, and PSO algorithms.
