Description
Grid architecture is a fast growing distributed computing Environment. In sight of varying distributed architecture, we feel that the concurrency control issues must be revisited and reviewed for this new and evolving architecture. Distributed systems are potentially very reliable. However, performing atomic transactions and considering the ACID rules the strains of a distributed system on synchronization creates difficulties. Implementing global lock table or log records is not practically possible in the Grid architecture due to the scalability issues. In this paper, we propose a protocol called 3CG (Concurrency and Consistency Controlling in Grid System) which can deal with consistency, concurrence, Atomicity, distribution and large volume of data in Grids. We then examine the correctness of the protocol followed by performance valuation through simulation and mathematical analysis. 3CG Protocol CoG Protocol 3ConG Protocol C&CG Protocol You can replace protocol in term or mechanism or system (Concurrency and Consistency Controlling in Grid System)
