In our proposed method the DC-DC buck and boost converter will be designed it, is start basically in DC-AC inversion techniques. In our proposed act one direction it act as the buck converter act another direction it act as the boost converter. It is new implemented technique based on the transformer parameters. If the step up transformer act forward it is step up the AC voltage if act backward it act as the step down transformers. In this technique is very help full most real time applications. In out method the fuzzy logic controller is used to control the switching pulse in IGBT diode to control the output voltage if buck or boost. In our process the DC current and voltage is low harmonics level it shows our method is good one and efficient process of the DC-DC buck and Boost mode. The pure DC shows it is the result is comes with better level.
