Description

We propose a robust retrieval using a supervised classifier which concentrates on extracted features. Gray level cooccurance matrix algorithm is implemented to extract the texture features from images. The classification is performed on the dataset and it is classified into three categories such as normal , corticalcyst and medical renal. The query image is classified by the classifier to a particular class and the relevant images are retrieved from the database. Searching of relevant images is done by means of computing the euclidean distance of query feature vector with that of feature matrix. After sorting the computed distance values the images those who are closest to the query are considered as retrieved images and they are displayed. Performance results were justified by the analysis parameters such as precision and recall.
