The project entitled “BPO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is an integrated controlling system for employee task and employee shift basics and it used to give an everyday activity taking place in the organization. BPO Management system provides a clear idea about the organization on going process and the employee working status to the management who is in the position decision authority. The system is mainly to cover the process which has been going in the organization and how many employees working and their task which has been assigned and every details of the process have been clearly maintained. The system generates a process id and process details which have been running in the organization and it also provide how many employees have been assigned for the process. The system provides details of employee and business process which has been going in the organization. The system generates a report about the employee and which employee working in the process and also gives the process status in the organization. The system provides an automatic tool which is used to make track the process status which are running in the organization and also provide an employee and other status who involved in the business process in the organization. The system is developed by with a front end in C#.Net and Back end is SQL Server.
