Automated office systems are emerging as an interdisciplinary research area with a strong computer science component. In this paper we define office information systems as entities which perform document storage, retrieval, manipulation and control within a distributed environment. Some state of the art implementations are described. We relate the research to different areas of computer science and provide several detailed examples. The project entitles “Automation Information System” is a web development. It’s a system which explains the Benefits of the Employee and Benefits of the Company. Benefits of the Employee contain the View employee Status and other employee related activities. Employee details about the employees personal and official such as Employee ID, company Email, salary account details etc. Information Exchange contains the details about the company. Vision, mission, client detail, management system and latest agreement to improve the relationship between the company and the employee Employee may also post his/her innovative ideas. Benefits of the company: Admin part store the employee details and we can find employee history from the database. It gives some alert via email like project submission dead line, birthday wishes, Anniversary wishes. Employee feedbacks will be collected at each level of the management using this each and every employee can solve his/her problems in an easy manner.
