This paper describes a method and concept of sudden stopping for 12v permanent magnet DC motor used to simulate power electronic circuits using the SIMULINK toolbox within MATLAB software. In the construct of the circuit perform to sudden stopping the DC motor so we choose ideal switch for stopping the motor. The motor configuration and principle of operation are so unusual the magnetic field distribution are performance are analyzed by the solid state switching method. have given the dc voltage source 12v for motor. The 12v Dc voltage passing through ideal switch to magnetic field motor. In this ideal switch we have given the conditions for passing voltages. The limited period passing 12v to motor upto 0.5 sec and we had to limit that voltage in the time motor suddenly stopped. For in the solid state switches method process we have using switching line and control pulse to the magnetic field motor. And we get the output line from motor to decoding and controlling using get the Rotor speed, stator current and back EMF value and torque.
