Abstract

The cognitive radio is an intellectual radio that can be planned and arranged energetically. In that networks the primary user have more access right hence they called as primary user and the second priority given to the other users they called as secondary user. They use the channel when the channel is not used by the primary user.  The access granting issue is solved with the help of spectrum auction. But that technique also has some challenges such as there is lack of truthfulness and lacking in Quality of Service. In existing methods before allocating the channels the primary user allocation will be allocated as before and primary user not considered in channel allocation. And also the channel allocation is takes place with only secondary user channels, these plays major role in their Quality of Service demands. So, to solve this issue the allocation should base on Quality of Service and all the users including primary user.  After allocation to attain the truthfulness there is a pricing method to the allocated channel. Then there is a performance analysis in the allotted price.
