 Facial recognition is a type of biometric software application that can identify a specific individual in a digital image by analyzing and comparing patterns.  Facial recognition systems are commonly used for security purposes but are increasingly being used in a variety of other applications  We propose a multi-user face unlock system based on fast sparse coding approximation.  Different approximation techniques of sparse coding are compared for real-time processing and recognition rate.  The proposed system that is used to identify the human face automatically after the verify that is human face after the lock will be opened.
