The E-RTO System is software developed to simplify the communication process between the Regional Transport Officer and User like Transport Vehicle Owner, Driving School and driving people. The software would be operated by two admin they are Admin Officers and Users. The admin officers would be responsible for handle the user registration, admin information, add the RTO test question, manage the question, manage the user contact information, manage the user feedback details and upload the form and manage the form details. The user gives the feedback for this system, adds the contact information details, view the details of RTO office functions like (driving license registration, vehicle registration, vehicle registration transformation details and permit registration details ) the user finally download the all type of registration form. Finally the user written RTO test. The system also maintains user history so that admin can view them anytime. The system can thus reduce complexity in maintaining user record records. The user can view the RTO office function and download the form at anytime and anywhere. The project is developed on ASP.NET platform and is supported by a sql server database to store user specific details. E-RTO System is a Web application.
