Memory system is the heart of the processor. On-chip memory occupies a more portion of the over-all processor in a system. Volatile memory to non-volatile memory, is computer memory that requires power to maintain the stored information; it retains its contents while powered, but when power is interrupted stored data is immediately lost. Volatile memory has several uses, as a RAM drive. Non-volatile memory is typically used for the task of secondary storage, or long-term persistent storage. However, most forms of non-volatile memory have limitations that make them unsuitable for use as primary storage. Non-volatile memory costs are more. The memory is efficiently used for the processor. Computational complexity of memory usage becomes an important problem for all devices. VLSI technology is to optimize the any type of digital architecture. Because this type of optimization process is mainly used to enhance the various applications. This project involves a PENTAMTJ-based logic gate, which results easy cascading, self-referencing, less voltage headroom problem in pre-charge sense amplifier and low area overhead contrary to existing MTJ-based gates. PENTAMTJ is used here because it delivers ensure disruption free reading and increased tolerance to process variations along with compatibility  with CMOS process.
