The mobile multimedia communication systems is rapid development the recent years. The main parameter is energy efficiency optimization and quality of service constraint for MIMO-QAM communication. The various algorithm to be minimize the energy level for the transmitted signal. But it have some limitation. So we used proposed increased throughput using turbo rate in MU-MIMO networks and to improve the accuracy for MIMO-OFDM mobile multimedia communication system. The proposed design used to solve the problem of multi-channel optimize to multi target in single channel optimization. MIMO technology has attracted attention in wireless communications, because it increases data throughput and link range without additional bandwidth or increased transmit power. An efficient model is first proposed for multiple input multiple-output orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) mobile multimedia communication systems with statistical QoS constraints. Employing the channel-matrix, all sub channels are classified by their channel characteristics. Furthermore, the multichannel joint optimization problem in conventional MIMO-OFDM communication systems is transformed into a multi target single-channel optimization problem by grouping all sub channels. Therefore, a closed-form solution of the SNR accuracy is derived for MIMO-QAM wireless communication systems.
